The Operations Technician collaboratively supports agronomy and energy services by handling, maintaining, and delivering products, operating equipment, and performing facility maintenance. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while managing crop protection inputs, energy products, and agricultural tasks in compliance with operational and regulatory standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Operate blending and mixing equipment to prepare agricultural products as directed. Load and unload energy products and agricultural crop production inputs, including fertilizers, seed, and crop protection products, while adhering to proper safety procedures. Assist with the handling, delivery, and storage of energy products, including fuel, propane, and lubricants, ensuring timely delivery to customers and providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
