The Custodian @ The Cardinal provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. - $1000 Sign on bonus - Schedule: FT - Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm every other weekend Pay Rate $16.75 Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays. Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc. Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies. Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
