Job Description :
Manage and track warranty claims from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely processing and closure. Drive reduction in warranty claim cycle time by identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies. Ensure accurate and consistent cost allocation for all claims in accordance with contract terms and internal policies. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claim processing efficiency and reduce costs. Act as the primary internal advocate for customer concerns related to warranty claims, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, services, finance, and field teams to resolve technical and commercial claim issues. Provide regular reporting and analytics on claim status, trends, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
