Sentara Health is hiring a Full-Time Day-shift. Process Improvement Engineer for the Operations Improvement team. This role assists with making changes in operational or transformational processes with a strategic or operational focus. Interface with Process Improvement staff as they support leaders and help identify opportunities for improvement, organize resources, select and implement the appropriate improvement methodology and ensure projects are conducted successfully. Responsible to provide project support related to design, project planning and implementation of process improvement projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Reengineering, Process Redesign, CQI, Business Development, Benchmarking, Productivity Improvements, Technology Breakthroughs, etc.) Provides support to multiple projects for multiple leaders simultaneously and prioritizes work to meet tight timelines.
