Bonus for new hires only. First shift must be worked within 7 days of hire. 80 hours must be completed to receive the bonus.What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care in the patient's home
- Monitor vital signs and perform assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide seizure precautions and overnight monitoring
- Communicate with supervising RN and care team
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
What You'll Need:
- Current LVN license (State of California)
- CPR certification (in-person only)
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
- 1 year of LVN experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Completion of skills assessment for areas of experience
