I have a bit of a unique situation. Im divorced and remarried, but my wife lives out of state. I share 50/50 custody with my ex. My career is pretty demanding and I need to travel for work. I need someone who can help with after school pickup, transportation to activities, and supervise the kids when work is busy or I get delayed with travel. I am offering $100/week on non-holiday/vacation weeks for a caregiver to be available. If I dont need any help that week, you still keep the $100. If I do need help, I would pay $25/hour for the help. I typically know my schedule 1-2 weeks in advance.
