Job Description: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, preconstruction, and post-construction activities. This is an in-office, full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and grow the existing customer base and lead generation.
- Communicate effectively with sub-contractors.
- Expand our sub-contractor network across the country.
- Organize and set up bid packages.
- Send out bid requests to sub-contractors and follow up to ensure timely responses.
- Analyze received bids to assess competency.
- Handle pre- and post-construction operations.
- Coordinate with onsite superintendents to obtain necessary information.
- Learn and manage various portals and customer applications for project execution.
- Assist with take-offs, purchase orders, change orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage projects as required, particularly at Delaware Valley Paving.
- Develop knowledge of project processes and methods.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including events, trade shows, website, and social media.
- Provide additional support as reasonably required by the employer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
