We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and systems-minded Sr. Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations across our clinic footprint and corporate infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, consistent execution, and scalable systems that support our continued growth.ABOUT THE JOBYou'll be responsible for building and refining processes that enhance performance, improve efficiency, and elevate the experience for both employees and patients. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration with regional managers, training, HR, finance, product, and marketing teams.Operational Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement systems, workflows, and SOPs that drive clinic and organizational efficiency
- Lead operational initiatives that improve productivity and streamline communication
- Build and manage KPIs and dashboards that track performance across locations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with leadership and department heads to ensure operational alignment and seamless handoffs between teams
- Coordinate with HR, Training, Marketing, and Product on initiatives that impact clinics and internal operations
Team Leadership & Support
- Collaborate with a team of regional managers to support clinic performance and team accountability
- Provide strategic coaching and tools to elevate leadership effectiveness at the clinic level
New Clinic Launches
- Support new clinic openings including timeline development, systems setup, and launch readiness
- Ensure smooth integration of systems and processes into new markets
Performance Management
- Monitor business health metrics such to drive unit-level performance & growth
- Conduct regular audits and feedback loops to identify issues, unlock opportunities, and ensure compliance
Communication & Enablement
- Serve as the key point of contact for company-wide operational updates, policy rollouts, and process changes
- Develop internal communication tools that keep teams informed, aligned, and empowered
ABOUT YOU
- 8+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, ideally within healthcare, medspa, hospitality, or consumer services
- Proven track record of managing regional teams and scaling operational systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business metrics
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-growing, high-performance culture
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize across competing demands
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
