Stage Capital Partners is a growing real estate development and investment organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property performance through strategic operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties (office, retail, and industrial).

Develop and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.

Serve as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and vendor contracts.

Conduct regular property inspections and enforce lease terms.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Handle tenant relations, including onboarding, inquiries, complaints, and move-outs.

Maintain accurate records, including rent rolls, service contracts, and correspondence.

Oversee rent collections and work with accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of commercial property management experience

Strong financial acumen and familiarity with property management software (Yardi is a plus).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Must be well organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
