The Director of Housing Operations position at the Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) offers an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability of this important agency. The BHA administers programs such as HCV, PBV, VASH, and FSS, and plays a key role in maintaining a vibrant and diverse Biloxi community.

The Director of Housing Operations leads the BHA's housing operations, including HCV, RAD, VASH, and Property Management, as well as the Resident Services program. The incumbent assists the Executive Director in managing strategic housing initiatives and ensures that housing operations are effective, efficient, and compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
