Trillium Professional is now seeking a Hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Atlanta!
Key Responsibilities:-Manage the end-to-end pre-employment process, including initiating background checks and tracking status updates for candidates and internal stakeholders.-Review and escalate background check or pre-employment issues as needed.-Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments to improve staffing procedures and workflows.-Schedule and coordinate interviews on behalf of recruiters and hiring managers.-Maintain and update Talent Acquisition documentation, including offer letters, requisition reports, job descriptions, and interview/offer trackers in SharePoint.-Submit and monitor job requisition approvals.-Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay rate is $29/hour. Schedule is 8am-5pm, 3 days per week in office.

Qualifications:-Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.-High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.-Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.-Effective time management and organizational skills.-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other web-based applications.-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
