Role Overview

As a Resident Experience Manager, you will lead onsite staff in creating exceptional living experiences for residents, implementing service programs, and ensuring community success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or related field
• 3+ years of customer management experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or ecommerce sectors
• Experience in developing customer contact plans, research, segmentation, and email marketing (marketing automation knowledge preferred)
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
