This position will oversee and manage lease negotiations for new spaces and renewals. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee lease administration and collaborate with the lease team on existing and new leases
  • Coordinate negotiations with other departments
  • Challenge received CAMs
  • Interface with property owners and management on lease terms
  • Analyze lease agreements and financial terms
  • Negotiate lease terms and renewals
  • Communicate with various teams during negotiations
  • Manage TI costs/percentages for new store spaces
  • Coordinate with Legal Counsel as needed
  • Facilitate store expansion processes
  • Manage lease revisions
  • Coordinate lease documentation with administrators
  • Create financial reports and analyze transactions
  • Work with VP of Real Estate to develop real estate strategies

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
    • 5+ years in commercial real estate management, retail experience preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Strong financial analysis skills
