In this position, you will provide aircraft maintenance support to ensure certificated aircraft are maintained, inspected, repaired, and operated in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration's rules and regulations and the manufacturer's specifications. Your work will involve assisting in the performance of aircraft inspections, which require disassembly to allow access to various components. You will also visually inspect the frame, components, and accessories of department aircraft. Some of your duties include servicing and lubricating aircraft, as well as adjusting flight and engine controls to maintain proper performance. Additionally, you will perform a wide variety of repairs and troubleshoot problems experienced by pilots regarding aircraft performance.

You must possess a current Class C driver's license.
You must be willing and able to learn and work on Bell 407 aircraft.
You must be willing to travel out of state for aircraft factory training.
You must be willing to travel within the Commonwealth to provide off-site maintenance.
You must have served as a mechanic under FAA certificate and ratings, either as a mechanic or mechanic supervisor within the last 24 months.
