The role involves working closely with vendors and building tenant relations. Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a liaison between ownership and tenants
  • Interfacing with current and prospective tenants
  • Troubleshooting property issues
  • Dispatching maintenance staff for work orders
  • Managing tenant improvements and CapX projects
  • Developing and managing budgets
  • Analyzing budgets and explaining variances
  • Preparing CAMs
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
  • Generating ownership reports
  • Preparing financial analysis reports
  • Leasing properties and tracking lease agreements
  • Processing renewals
  • Managing vendor relations
  • Mentoring an Assistant Property Manager and Property Administrator
  • Interfacing regularly with ownership
Required skills:
  • People-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and work proactively
Minimum requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a commercial Property Manager in Class A properties
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
  • Experience with office and industrial spaces preferred
  • Strong financial knowledge, especially with institutional ownership
