Located in Kaukauna, WI Salary: $18.00 /HourHours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 7:00pm Pay: $18.00 /Hour Duties:
- Interpret and follow production orders while operating automated equipment.
- Conduct inspections, perform product tests, and complete daily inspection logs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Accurately label, weigh, record, and package cases/rolls on pallets in accordance with packing specifications.
- Monitor production output and make necessary equipment adjustments to minimize waste.
- Provide support across the production floor as needed; maintain clear and effective communication with team members.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform general cleaning duties on the production floor.
- Assist in all phases of machine operations, including coverage for breaks, changeovers, projects, and vacations
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Previous machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent and reliable attendance with punctuality.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic math skills; mechanical aptitude a plus.
