Major Purpose Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability and shipments. Major Duties • Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. • Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done. • Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required. • Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures. • Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others. • Use the internal communications system to access specific information. • Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities. • Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies. Skills, Abilities, Knowledge • Verbal Communication • Planning and Organizing • Policy and procedures • Computer Skills • Data Control • Action Planning • Data Collection and Analysis • Office Systems Education • Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education Work Experience • Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months) • Very limited work based experience (0 to 3 months) Position Title: TBD Specific Position Requirements: **Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position** NOTES: - 100% Onsite role - First shift: Some flexibility on start time. Expected start time: 6:00-8:00am. Exact shift hours can be worked out between the manager and the selected candidate - Metatarsals required on day one - This role will be working in a warehouse environment and will require all necessary PPE - safety shoes, safety glasses and gloves (safety glasses and gloves will be provided) - Candidates must be able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. - Shop floor support - requires candidates to be on their feet about 75% of their day. - There may be occasional travel to offsite warehouses near Deere PDC in Milan (within 10 miles) Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibility for this role will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application. SCW Analysts will provide a list of parts and warehouse locations to go to to review the parts. Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
