Call Center Representative - 4-Month Contract Location: Bothell, WA (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Our client located in Bothell is seeking Call Center Representatives to support customer service operations during a seasonal peak. This is a 4-month contract role ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and are looking to gain valuable experience in a professional setting. What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution.
- Provide clear, courteous, and accurate information while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions in internal systems with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
