We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Power System Analysis to support our growing portfolio of commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed power system analyses including short circuit, load flow, coordination, arc flash, and voltage drop calculations. Develop electrical system models using tools such as ETAP, SKM, or Easy. Power. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated design solutions. Provide quality control and peer reviews for electrical designs and studies. Mentor and train junior electrical engineers, providing guidance on design practices, analysis methods, and project execution. Support proposal development, design charrettes, and client-facing meetings as a technical lead.
