Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Design Studio Administrative Assistant to welcome and assist home buyers at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Jersey Village, Texas. In this role, you will use superb customer service skills to provide information to home buyers, prospects, construction, sales, and purchasing. Responsibilities:Complete buyer scheduling for all Design Studio appointments and maintain the Design Studio appointment calendar. Assist with processing invoices/billing, ordering supplies, and answering phones as necessary. Assist Design Studio Manager in maintaining various reports and with various projects. Maintaining Design Studio appearance, ensuring all samples are in good condition, labeled, and available. Maintain and process buyer files and input selections when appropriate.
