The work includes engineering design, configuration, programming, maintenance, trouble-shooting, failure analysis, performance analysis in support of safe and reliable operations of instrumentation equipment within the Complex, including: Field instrumentation for process measurement (e.g. Pressure, Temperature, Level, and Flow) as well as specialty measurements (density, vibration) and control valves, shutdown valves, and their transmission systems (e.g. 4-20 m. A, HART, Profi. Bus) Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) Machinery controls and protection systems Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for monitoring and control of packaged systems Instrumentation cabling, wiring, junction box, power supply and distribution, UPS, and associated TCP/ IP, SCADA, Modbus networking (switches, routers, Ethernet, fiber optics, etc.) and transmission systems.
