Position Summary:The Busser at Cutthroats Saloon is responsible for supporting the food and beverage team by maintaining a clean dining area, resetting tables, and assisting with guest needs. This highly visible role plays a key part in the overall guest experience and requires a professional and positive demeanor. Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas. Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings. Assist servers in delivering water, bread, and additional items to guests as needed. Stock service stations with clean glassware, silverware, and other necessary supplies.
