Full-time day shift Lead CT Technologist - No weekends, No Holidays, does require the possibility of on-call. This position will rotate to outpatient sites.

Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Assists with quality assurance projects and assists in the development of exam protocols alongside of or in place of advanced technologists and communicates results back to departmental leadership.
\n- Performs all responsibilities of CT Tech I and Advanced CT Tech II.
\n- Leads orientation and training for new hires, students and other medical personnel; ensures competencies are completed in the required time frame. Responsible for offering remediation with technologists when necessary.
\n- Coordinates daily workflow and schedule of the department while maintaining staffing levels based on, but not limited to, call offs, vacations, patient volumes, and training needs.
\n- Assists in talent acquisition interviews for successful recruitment of technologist candidates and provides feedback for annual performance reviews.
\n- Assumes the leadership role in the absence of the supervisor.
\n
\n- Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of accredited CNMT program.
\n- CT Specialty Boards Completed.
\n- 3 years CT experience required.
\n- Must have obtained a performance review rating of strong/solid/good on most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:ARRT certified as a CT Technologist. CPR or BLS Required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
\n- ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC)
\n- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
\n- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
\n- Act 33 with renewal
\n- Act 34 with renewal
\n- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
