Position Overview

As Director of Learning and Development, you'll lead the creation and standardization of training programs for our 150+ Care Managers, ensuring uniform operations across all locations like a well-oiled franchise model. You'll develop engaging materials in our LMS, oversee intensive 3-week onboarding, travel frequently to offices for hands-on training and evaluations, measure and improve skills through metrics, and build tech-enhanced tools to support ongoing development. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable training curricula in the LMS, focusing on consistency in care management practices.
  • Lead comprehensive 3-week onboarding programs for new Care Managers, incorporating our values of independence and customized care.
  • Travel extensively (up to 50% time) to 40+ offices for in-person training, skill assessments, and performance audits.
  • Develop metrics to track Care Manager proficiency; collaborate with Area Managers on remedial training or performance decisions.
  • Build innovative software tools and mobile app integrations to enhance learning, drawing on our tech-forward approach to caregiver support.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in Learning & Development, preferably in multi-site healthcare, home care, or service industries.

  • Willingness to travel frequently; Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Alignment with our values: passion for elevating care through top-tier training and support.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits, including health/dental insurance, 401(k)
  • Opportunity to shape a growing company doubling YoY, with market-leading compensation and professional development.
  • Supportive culture focused on caregiver and manager success, embodying our Caregiver Compatibility Guarantee.
