What you will Do:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each patient.
- Appropriately code procedures and physical therapy diagnoses.
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately in the medical record.
- Develop proficiency in E-ClinicalWorks EMR software, seeking assistance from staff or support as needed.
- Safely operate therapeutic equipment including exercise machines, modality devices, and manual therapy tools; seek guidance as needed to ensure proper use.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care needs.
Requirements:
- Current, valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Oregon, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current BLS certification.
- Working knowledge of legal, administrative, and clinical practices relevant to FQHC settings.
