The Immigration Coordinator supports U.S. inbound immigration needs across the organization, managing a high volume of complex immigration cases in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a liaison between departments, employees, outside counsel, and leadership to facilitate the application, maintenance, and compliance of employer-sponsored immigrant and non-immigrant visas. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with culturally diverse populations while ensuring adherence to federal regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visas (H-1B, J-1, O-1, TN, E-3) in partnership with outside legal counsel.
- Maintain Public Access Files, post required notices, and prepare documentation for PERM Labor Certification filings.
- Facilitate lawful immigration status and employment authorization for employees and candidates; track case progression and milestones.
- Provide immigration and travel documentation for international business travel and visitors.
- Maintain centralized immigration records and conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate case updates to employees, HR Business Partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in U.S. immigration processing.
- Experience with H-1B, J-1, O-1, TN, E-3 visa petitions.
- Bilingual skills.
