Engineer II Full Time 3rd Shift

Keep all building and equipment in good repair with a minimum of down time by providing day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the hotel under the direction of Chief Engineer and/or Senior Plant. Continually work towards and support the improvement of engineering services to both guests and associates while sharing day to day knowledge and skills. The hotel functions 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All associates must realize and be aware that at times it may be necessary to change shifts to meet business demands. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Perform daily shift reports .. Document all calls in the Engineer's log .. Monitor and close out calls through Operator .. Follow all OSHA standards and procedures .. Maintain interior and exterior of building .. Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently and courteously to all guests and associate requests .. Perform PM on all FF/ E.8. Assist in cost control Heat, Power, Light, Sewer and Water .. Troubles...Engineer, 3rd Shift, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Associate
