The AVP, Clinical Care (Clinical Transformation and Improvement) will provide operational oversight for the Clinical Care function, managing program goals, timelines, and objectives, and define measurable clinical practice metrics. They will develop relationships with clinical team members, and recommend operational improvements and efficient utilization of resources. The AVP will report to the system Associate Chief Medical Officer and VP of Clinical Transformation and Improvement. They will be a key leader within the Clinical Transformation and Improvement team. The AVP will work collaboratively with regional Health System and facility leaders in both understanding regional health system needs and telegraphing developing Enterprise care delivery initiatives and trends.
