After-School Sitter - Fairfax (Research & Union Area)We're seeking a reliable, friendly sitter to supervise four children (three middle schoolers, one elementary schooler) after school. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30-5:30 pm, with occasional earlier pickups around 2:55 p.m. during poor weather (about 10 times per year).The role is flexible -- you'll provide light supervision, help keep everyone on track with homework, and allow for some park or playtime when appropriate. No need for strict oversight; the kids respond well to guidance from someone who understands the balance between structure and fun after a full school day.Pay: $40-$50/day ($160-$200/week)
