Machine Operator - 1st shift
: Job Details :

As a machine operator, you will work with rubber or epoxy molding machines. Operate heated molding presses to mold and cure products. Inspect each piece for cosmetic flaws; use light to inspect interior of work pieces. Trim excess flash from product using a scalpel or grinding tool as needed. Remove molded pieces from press upon completion of cycle, remove tooling from work pieces. Manual material handling. Meet established standard quality and productivity expectations. Follow job Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) complete. Maintain accurate quality and production records. Proper use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots, and others as applicable. All other duties, as assigned Your Background:High School diploma or equivalent. Prior manufacturing experience preferred. Basic proficiency in computer systems and applications preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
