The Technology Data Lead (KYC Engineering) is responsible for the design, development and support of the KYC Platform coordinating with multiple development teams across the Organization with respect to Data load and data quality. This entails aligning with other delivery Teams & Vendors. Key Responsibilities :Challenge the norm and provide the thought leadership in KYC required control solutions which meet regulatory expectation and deliver the best-in-class customer and colleague experience. Work with senior business and Tech leaders to ensure our product capabilities and solutions are functionally aligned with requirements and that a fit for purpose solution is designed, with the support from AVP, KYC Engineering. Collaborate with Governance, Information Security, & engineering teams to guide the design and Implementation of frameworks, standards, and processes to meet Banks Audit & Compliance requirements.
