As the Director of Data Analysis, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of a business intelligence strategy focused on providing operations leaders with the data and analysis needed to guide the business forward. Reporting to the Senior Director of Data Strategy, Operations Analytics, and Operational Risk, you will play a critical role in enhancing our organization by using data and analytics to drive business strategy, increase automation, and enhance customer experience across the US Life Insurance Division. This role requires working closely with key stakeholders, collecting requirements and producing deliverables in the form of raw datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that will be used to drive business decisions.
