Partner directly with management teams for an assigned area of responsibility. Deliver HR services aligned to the business strategy for approximately 550 employees. Provide a full range of Human Resources support and expertise. Proactively drive HR strategy aligned with business goals. Provide coaching to managers and employees to accelerate leadership development. Promote and champion diversity efforts in hiring and job rotations. Consult on strategies to create a successful environment for retention. Partner with leadership on talent development and performance management. Identify needs for change management and champion activities. Provide counsel consistent with company policies. Work with HR Performance Optimization team on escalated questions. Critical Information Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Position requires in-office attendance 5 days per week.
