We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Full-Time Diet Clerk to our healthcare & food service team in Whitfield, MS. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. What you'll be doing: Managing nutritional data software. Inputting nutritional information. Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content. What we're looking for: Must-haves: Bachelors degree in nutrition or related field. Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs. At least one years experience in nutrition or related field. Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of Sure. Quest Food Service Management Systems.
