Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area. Update forms, reference materials, and guest collateral as required. Manage supply requisitions and restocking efficiently. Follow Four Seasons standards for handling emails, telephone calls, and computerized systems. Perform mathematical calculations as needed for transactions and reporting. Interdepartmental Coordination. Communicate effectively in English (or other applicable languages). Work closely with engineering to address any maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment. Notify security promptly of any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns. Handle lost and found items appropriately, ensuring guest belongings are returned.?What You Bring:Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
