Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance activities of a landfill gas collection system as directed by Wellfield Manager. Responsible for overseeing collection system optimization and troubleshooting, while adhering to site specific standard operating procedures set forth by host landfill. Strives to achieve high standards of safety and environmental integrity while maintaining maximum collection of landfill gas. Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Repairs and/or oversees the direction of operations personnel to troubleshoot equipment. Spend majority of time in the field to provide quality control and production compliance for the gas control and collection system.
