Assist with the safe and efficient operation of aggregate processing equipment. Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of plant areas and machinery. Monitor material flow and report any irregularities or equipment issues. Support loading and unloading of materials as needed. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. What Are We Looking For. Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment. Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
