Utility Operator (Hotfill) (Fairview)

Partner will provide departmental support to meet crewing needs to fill vacancies by learning and performing all Hotfill positions. The Partner will be assigned to act as an operator where needed for call ins, vacations, LOAs etc. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/ TL. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and product. Record accurate data on production reports. Must be able to acquire Forklift License. C-shift. Pay Scale ($23.33 - $28.37)Monday-Friday 03:00 pm-11:00 am.
