Greet and check in drivers, assigning them to appropriate dock doors for unloading. Unload inbound trucks and containers, both domestic and international. Load and unload transfer trucks efficiently. Verify incoming shipments and match items against packing lists. Accurately receive inventory using AS-400 (XA) and WMS (SCE) systems. Confirm receipt transactions through Powerlink. Ensure all items are properly stored and organized. Complete DPR forms as needed for damaged products. Maintain inventory accuracy at all receiving locations. Investigate and respond to receiving discrepancies. Coordinate with internal departments to support operational flow. Assist with general warehouse tasks as required. Collect and report daily receiving and materials KPI data. Sort, count, and record inbound bills daily, forwarding totals to the transportation team.
