The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the marketing of Goodwill's Adult Workforce Programs and the recruitment of WIOA-eligible participants in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. This position is responsible for functioning as a community point of contact to all prospective customers and referral sources, including enrollment of participants. The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist will locate areas for community engagement,build relationships with referral sources and track event opportunities. This role will work collaboratively with other Goodwill departments. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Promote and increase awareness of Goodwill's Adult Workforce Programs at hiring andcommunity events. Source individual programs and services with information regarding interested participants asgathered from recruitment activities.
