1. Maintain engine room and boiler equipment. 2. Monitor and chart all freezer and cooler temperatures. 3. Run daily boiler and condenser water tests. 4. Maintain and PM all air conditioning and ventilation equipment. 5. Maintain and PM all air compressors. 6. Maintain and PM all sanitation pumps. 7. Maintain compliance with PSM and RMP programs. 8. Learn the technical skills to become a proficient Refrigeration Mechanic to be able to operator, repair, and PM all systems. 9. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and added hours when needed. 10. Adheres to safe work practices, follows GMPs, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. 11. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. 12. Ensures regulatory compliance at all times. 13. Performs other duties as assigned. 14.
