Ensures all employees are trained and developed to meet safety and productivity standards. Plans inbound and outbound product flow and labor needs to meet daily deadlines. Communicates, coordinates, and supports all policies and procedures within the warehouse and company. Achieve warehouse cost metrics and actively seek to develop cost-reduction strategies. Applies continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste. YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or general equivalent degree Effective organizational, analytical, and planning skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test.
