Operations Technician at a glance... Starting pay range $21.90 - $22.90 per hour. Located at Columbia, MO plant - Home of the Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs. Work Schedule:(8:00 am 8:00 pm) or (8:00 pm 8:00 am)What's on the menu? Processing and handling of raw meat including beef, pork and poultry. Follow directives to ensure quality product while maintaining safety standards. Troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Daily sanitation work and cleaning. Processing of supervised documentation.
