Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Consulting Professional (Telecom Domain)
Role: Sales Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 18-30 months The role focuses on securing contracts with property owners, developers, and builders of multi-dwelling and multi-tenant communities to expand client's reach for wired and wireless services. Key responsibilities include:
- Securing Agreements: Obtain Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements to enable service deployment and co-marketing.
- Sales & Outreach: Engage with high-value prospects through face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails to promote client's offerings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Negotiation: Close exclusive or bulk service contracts to boost revenue and customer penetration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client's Account Management and Network teams to align on service deployment and engineering opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Understand competitive advantages and tailor consultative pitches accordingly.
- Territory Management: Operate within a defined sales territory, balancing fieldwork, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is sales-driven, relationship-focused, and knowledgeable about the multifamily housing market.
You'll need to have: - Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant B2B sales experience. Knowledge of fiber and wireless based telecommunications.
- Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel up to 75% in local market Database User proficiency Google Suite Even better if you have one or more of the following: Ability to manage funnel in a sales objective-based environment. Strong consulting, including prospecting, sales planning, and proficiency with value-based selling. Demonstrated influence skills with internal and external key stakeholders through relationships. Knowledge of the multi-family environment.
