This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience, ideally with Agtek proficiency and a mix of field and office exposure. What You'll Do:
- Assist in managing site development projects from start to finish
- Perform site staking/layout (e.g., carbon gutters)
- Coordinate with commercial GCs and ensure quality and compliance
- Handle minor take-offs, RFI's, and change orders
- Support the lead PM by offsetting admin duties while learning project leadership
- Maintain a 50/50 office-to-field split
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in grading/site development
- Experience with Agtek a big plus
- Degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage 1 project initially; potential to take on more
