Maintain safety, environmental and 5S standards on line support. Report and enforce safety of self and others. Implement and sustain 5S in cell/line/work area.

Satisfy production requirements on line at the highest quality. Produce parts to specifications. Strive to attain production and scrap goals utilizing problem solving skills and quality alerts. Communicate on shift handoff daily. Conduct production changeovers as required. Perform basic process and maintenance troubleshooting activities.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION

Entry Level 1 plus Years Experience

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Must have ability to read, write and comprehend English and blueprints.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
• Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds as well as standing, bending and twisting.
• Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed work boots.
