Radiation Oncology Locums Assignment - Iowa - No Call, No Weekends
Radiation Oncology opportunity in Iowa with no call, weekday-only hours, and block scheduling.
Highlights:
- 4-week blocks - take time off between assignments
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No call required
Practice Setting:
- Hospital-based outpatient clinic
- Level II trauma center
- Solo Radiation Oncologist during assignment
- 20-25 adult patients/day for consults, follow-ups, and treatments
Schedule:
- Full-time blocks (4 weeks at a time)
- Gaps between blocks are allowed
- 30-minute lunch break included daily
Cases and Procedures:
- Includes IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, 3D-CRT
- Photon Beam and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
- Conventional External Beam Therapy
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
- Active Iowa license or Open to IMLC Radiation Oncologists
- COVID vaccination required
- Experience with Aria EMR highly preferred
Travel Accommodations:
- All travel and lodging expenses covered
- Local candidates within driving distance are highly preferred
