The Company is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Ld Analyst / Data Scientist - Vice President to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the future of the finance organization, with a focus on regulatory and capital reporting, and the integration of innovative data analysis, generative AI, and machine learning. This role is pivotal in leading the company's efforts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in financial and regulatory reporting processes. The role holder will be a change leader, actively engaging with regulatory reporting teams to transform global processes using novel data analytics and AI tools. Key responsibilities include analyzing potential solutions, driving business optimization, and managing transformative initiatives that impact multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong data analytics background, a passion for driving change, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings. Applicants for this role at the company should have 6-10 years' of experience in data or business analytics, banking consultancy, or similar complex initiatives, with a focus on financial data and a baseline understanding of financial instruments. Experience in analytics with SQL tools, and a foundational knowledge of Python, is a plus. The role requires a solid analytical professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and influence at various levels, and a proven track record of leading change. A Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, econometrics, or math is required, with a potential Master's degree. The role is an intermediate-level position within the Controllers Organization, with a high level of visibility and opportunities to work across various functions within the company.
