Strategic Planning:Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including preparing comprehensive analyses and presentations for CEO business reviews, the annual Operating Plan, regulatory meetings, on/offsites, and other internal and external meetings. Proactively identify and evaluate emerging business opportunities through in-depth research and analysis, formulating recommendations for strategic growth. Operating Routines: Oversee management of routines/regularly occurring meetings (e.g., Leadership Team meetings, Monthly Operating Reviews, etc.), ensuring there is clear agenda and objective setting, coordinating materials, and tracking follow-ups. Business Management & Collaboration:Serve as a liaison to the Office of the CEO, collaborating closely with other EMT Chief of Staff Offices to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
