Lead and inspire a growing network of retail stores and Boutique Managers at Parfums Christian Dior, by ensuring Dior standards are upheld through exceptional client experience, driving and achieving sales targets and other KPIs by door, recruiting and elevating boutique talent, filtering communication between retail teams and corporate, supporting new store openings, and contributing to strategic planning for Diors direct to retail channel. Candidate must reside in NY Metro, Miami or Orange County, CA where a Dior Beauty boutique is located.
